On June 16, 2025, the WDI USA Board of Directors sent the following letter to New Hampshire Governor Kelly Ayotte, urging her to sign HB 148 into law. If the bill becomes law, it will go far to protect the sex-based rights of women and girls to safety, privacy, dignity, and our ability to participate equally in both school sports and public life.
