Relating to the separation based on biological sex of athletics teams sponsored by a public school or institution of higher education.
WHRC USA supported because single-sex sports is necessary if women and girls are to have opportunities that are on a par with those of men and boys and the bill would would guarantee the sex-based rights of women and girls and ensure fairness for all student athletes.
