This statement was submitted by WDI USA the morning of February 1st, 2023, to the sponsors of the Protection of Women and Girls in Sports Act of 2023.
This is a federal bill that would define sex as biological for purposes of Title IX. If passed, it will keep men and boys out of women’s and girls’ sports nationwide.

Just because a male identifies as a female doesn’t make him one. Truly believing such a lie is delusional. Supporting such a lie is harmful to women and girls and to all of humanity. His Y chromosome will never turn into an X. His Y gives him a major physical advantage over females. You all should be ashamed of yourselves! These lies are being recorded into history and one day those who supported such inhumane and insane injustices will have to face up to their broad ignorance and overt apathy towards women and girls.
