WHRC letter to FBI Director Christopher Wray

On June 28th, twenty-one state Attorneys General wrote to FBI director Christopher Wray to urge the addition of a “non-binary” gender designation to its Uniform Crime Reporting (UCR). The WHRC USA steering committee swiftly responded, sending a letter to Director Wray on July 6th expressing strong opposition to a “non-binary” designation, citing the harms to women of obscuring the sex of perpetrators and victims in crime data. 1. There is no need to make women unsafe. Stop this now! Women have much lower crime rates tan men. Services must reflect reality.

  2. Stop discriminating against women. We’re losing our sex based rights by carrying the burden of biological males who claim a female gender identity and are colonising our spaces.
Grow up guys and take responsibility for educating other males to accomodate you in their spaces.

  3. Stop discriminating against women. Allowing a non binary crime designation category does not give a true picture of the crimes committed by each Sex. It also allows for a fudging of statistics – depending on how the accused feels at the time. This could claim a female persona committed the crime when it is actually a biological male. Sex based stats are vital for planning better health outcomes for all as sex is biological and immutable.
